Application

The electrically heated Ankersmid sample probe tube AST 050-100-150-200 is used in extractive sampling systems to avoid cooling and condensation of the sample. Condensation can result in blockage of the probe in combination with dust. Sample gases can be absorbed if

they are cooled and come in contact with condensate.

An extra stainless filter can be mounted on the tip of the tube in case

Of very high dust level ( + 10 g/m³)

Description

This electrical heated sample tube is available in 3 standard lengths: 0.5 , 1  and 1.5 meter.
The standard flange is like all Ankersmid probes a DN65 PN6.
Optional we can deliver adapter flanges for most common process connections.

On the tip of this heated tube, there is possibility to fix a non heating sample probe or pre-filter.

Inside the tube is a PT 100 (max300 °C) or a thermocouple Fe-CuNi integrated. In combination with our digital controller we have a free programmable setpoint and alarm..

In option we have a 2-way Modbus/ RS485 communication, that combines all Ankersmid controllers, so that digital communication with the control room is possible
