MA-2000 Series Mercury Analyzers

The absolute best and most versatile combustion mercury analyzer available! Whether you simply need a combustion-based mercury analyzer for single sample analysis in 5 minutes according to EPA Method SW-846 7473, automated analysis with a 32-position autosampler for solids, liquids, and gases, or you prefer to be able to perform all of this in addition to EPA Methods 1631E, 245.1, 245.2, 245.5, and 245.7 on one instrument, the MA-2000 is the right choice for you. It is the only mercury analyzer available that is capable of performing all of these methods on one platform. As with every mercury analyzer from Nippon Instruments Corporation, the MA-2000 requires absolutely no compressed gases!
Key Benefits

Capable of performing EPA Methods SW-846 7473, 245.1, 245.2, 245.5, 245.7, and 1631E all on one platform! |

Requires no compressed gases for operation, producing its own zero-grade carrier gas internally. |

Sensitivity down to 0.005 ng Hg for combustion and even lower for reducing vaporization. |

Compliant with EPA Method 1631E (0.5 to 100 ppt Hg). |

No sample digestion required with combustion configuration. |

Capable of analyzing any sample type (solid, liquid, and gas). |

Extremely reliable and produces outstanding quality of data. |
| The model MA-2000 is intended for heat-vaporizing mercury present in a sample and then collecting it as a gold amalgam for measurement. This model does not require any wet pretreatment of samples, and hence can easily measure solid and liquid samples in as short a time as five minutes per sample. Both the control and data processing software are compatible with Windows, and labor-saving is achieved with the automatic sample changer. |
