The Microwave Moisture and Density Profile Measuring System MW 3220 with Hopper is well suited for the quality control of all kinds of cigarettes, with or without filter. Based on the patented microwave measuring method very accurate results will be reached independent of the surface structure and colour of the cigarettes. The horizontal guidance of the cigarette guarantees best measuring results for the moisture and density profile of the individual cigarette independent of the diameter. The integrated touchscreen with its user friendly software supports data protocols for ISO 9000. The protocols contain time, date, ambient temperature, Cigarette brand and maker, min./max. and mean value of the moisture and density data.

Output of the results via the screen and the printerport as graphics (min./max. and mean value, mean deviation).

Export of the results to a floppy for the processing with other programs (e.g. Excel).
Integration in a LAN with the built-in Ethernetport possible.
