The Ankersmid OIL Q1 is a portable optical particle counter that is designed to monitor the trend of your system fluid cleanliness. The instrument gives an immediate result of the oil cleanliness according to ISO4406. In addition the temperature is also monitored, and the dissolved water content of the fluid can be displayed in % saturation.

The Oil Q1 is a versatile instrument that can be used for different applications. There are two different versions. An online version for online trend monitoring and portable measurements at sample points; and a lab version which is an offline analyzer with built-in pump used for bottle sampling.

An internal memory stores all measurements automatically, these results can be downloaded and analyzed with the multilingual Oil Quality viewer software. Sample location identification can be changed via the integrated keypad.
