The ALOHA+ H2O analyzer provides manufacturers of High Brightness LEDs (HB LEDs) with the lowest detection limit available for real-time moisture analysis in high-purity ammonia process gas. Using novel, proprietary techniques, the ALOHA+ H2O detects moisture at levels 5 times lower than incumbent technologies, and ensures that gas manifolds and purifiers deliver high quality ammonia to MOCVD deposition tools.
